Refund policy

At Snuggle Puffs, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your pajamas, we are here to help. You may return or exchange your item within 15 days of purchase. Please note that the pajamas must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. There will be a $6.99 return and handling fee to be paid by the customer. Contact our customer service team for assistance with returns and exchanges.
